I had been involved in many real estate transactions in my life before working with Jeff, and up until that point, I never realized what an agent really should be. My husband and I were relocating to NC and Jeff went above and beyond by facetiming us every week to walk around our new home as work was being completed. Once we got to NC, he became even more of an outstanding buyer's agent by fighting for everything we deserved and not taking no for an answer. If it were not for Jeff's advice, we would have closed and missed out on many opportunities to improve our home. I will leave you with this - after Jeff told us not to close until the seller made the changes we needed, my husband apologized to him since his commission would be delayed. Jeff responded "I don't care about that. Let's do this right."
Jeff did a wonderful job selling us our new home! He was pleasant to be with; and very patient when showing us houses. The area was new to us and he was well informed about the town and the new development in which we were looking. He gave us information and then answered most of our questions - and was quick to get back to us with any information he did not have when we asked. Our home was under construction and we lived three hours away. He was great about keeping us informed, sending pictures and videos as our house was completed. He was there with us and supportive when we had our; “Walkthrough” and closing. He also came by several times to check on us after we moved in to make sure everything was okay. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone purchasing a new home!
Jeff helped us get a contract to build on our preferred location and provided effective guidance in negotiating the terms of the contract. He stayed involved during the construction process, providing effective advice in dealing with issues and in getting to the desired outcome. I felt that he was honest in our dealings and his input was well thought out from his construction experiences and contract knowledge.
Jeff did an outstanding job helping with the purchase of multiple properties for my family - condo, lot, and single-family home. Jeff was responsive and knowledgeable in every aspect of the purchase process. It was a pleasure to work with Jeff and I highly recommend using Jeff.
